All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order in the original packaged, resell-able condition with sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange.
Send your hair back to us with signature confirmation.
Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Eminence Imported Hair was the party at fault.
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).
Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist. If it is determined that Eminence Imported Hair is the party at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
