3. DEPOSITS

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

5. NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
Eminence Salon reserves the right to:

6. LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to:

Forfeit their deposit if adequate service time is no longer available

7. CONSULTATIONS
All consultation recommendations are based on the information provided by the client.
Clients are responsible for disclosing:

Medical conditions affecting hair or scalp
Current medications that may impact services
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service results.
8. HAIR COLOR AND CHEMICAL SERVICES
Results cannot be guaranteed due to:
Hair history
Previous color treatments
Hair condition
Home care practices
Corrective color services may require multiple appointments and additional fees.
9. HAIR EXTENSIONS
Extension services require consultation approval.
Clients acknowledge:
Proper maintenance is required.
Results depend on following the recommended care instructions.
Failure to maintain extensions properly may shorten their lifespan.
Hair purchases and custom-ordered extension hair are final sale.
10. RETAIL PRODUCTS
All retail product sales are final unless required otherwise by law.
Defective products may be reviewed for replacement at the salon's discretion.
11. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of professional beauty services:
Services rendered are non-refundable.
If concerns arise, clients must notify the salon within 7 days of service.
We'll do our best to assess and address service-related concerns.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
Eminence Salon may occasionally photograph or video services for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Clients may opt out by notifying the salon before their service begins.
13. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards:
Are non-refundable.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
Must be presented at the time of redemption.
May not be replaced if lost or stolen.
