Shipping policy

Eminence Imported Hair utilizes the United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Shipping for standard 5-7 day shipping or FedEx for overnight shipping. We ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions. Be aware that FedEx shipping will be higher than USPS. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

If available, overnight shipping costs typically range from $45 to $110, depending on your location. All overnight orders MUST be placed before 1:30pm EST. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions. There are no overnight orders when we are closed (Sat/Sun/Mon).

We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping is a flat rate of $80 USD. We utilize FedEx for International shipping. FedEx cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Shipping can take up to 7 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.

You will typically receive your package 5-7 business days from the day you placeyour order, except during holiday seasons, pre-sales or inclement weather. In those cases, shipping may take slightly longer.

With standard shipping, we CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. We do offer guaranteed overnight shipping with Fed-Ex. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
